July 2022 update:

Vega City shophouse prices: beachfront units range from 150 - 200 billion VND/unit, almost sold out, only Signature lines remain.

March 2023 update:

The 168 shophouse units have been sold out and handed over since December 2022. The developer continues selling villas priced from 50 - 200 billion VND/unit (about 50% sold), with expected handover in Q2/2023. The developer is also developing the high-rise area, the international 5-star condotel project Grand Melia Nha Trang.

August 2023 update:

Phase 1 of Vega City covering 15 hectares has sold nearly 200 low-rise units, with shophouses priced from 8 - 16 billion VND. The Melia hotel tower is selling 300 condotel units priced from 3.5 - 10 billion VND, with areas from 40 - 85m².

Construction Progress and Handover

The project officially started construction in May 2020 and is being accelerated. Current status:

  • 168 shophouses are completing exterior finishing (already handed over in Dec 2022 per March 2023 update).
  • Melia Hotel & Rosewood Hotel towers are preparing for topping-out.
  • 93 villas are under rapid construction.

Expected handover timeline:

  • 168 shophouses: Already handed over in December 2022.
  • Gran Melia villa area: Expected handover in Q1/2023.
