SJ Town

SJ Town (Sun Jade Town) is a social housing project for workers located in the eastern area of Le Mon Industrial Park, Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa Province, developed by Sun Jade Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. The project consists of 08 apartment buildings with 09 floors each, built with synchronized technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, and other supporting facilities.

Location

The SJ Town (Sun Jade Town) project is located in Quang Phu Commune, Thanh Hoa City (now Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa Province).

The SJ Town (Sun Jade Town) project has a total land area of 66,617.1m2 (construction area: 12,742.5m2), including:

• Social housing land lot ODT6: 6,867m2
• Social housing land lot ODT7: 25,730m2
• Green space - sports area: 9,336.1m2
• Parking area: 3,157.5m2
• Road infrastructure: 21,526.5m2

The project includes 08 apartment buildings of 09 floors (ODT6.1; ODT6.2; ODT7.1; ODT72; ODT7.3; ODT7.4; ODT7.5; ODT7.6)

Total number of social housing units (for sale): 1,211 units, area from 35.45m2 to 69.65m2

Total number of serviced commercial apartments (for rent): 96 units, area from 47.76m2 to 69.03m2

Progress

• Buildings ODT7.1 and ODT7.2 have been completed and put into operation according to inspection results No. 4459/SXD-QLCL dated 28/06/2021 by Thanh Hoa Department of Construction.
• Building ODT7.3 has completed foundation work according to acceptance record dated 26/10/2025
• Building ODT7.4 has completed foundation work according to acceptance record dated 26/10/2025
• Building ODT7.5 has completed foundation work according to acceptance record dated 26/10/2025
• Building ODT7.6 has completed foundation work according to acceptance record dated 26/10/2025

Expected time to receive application documents for purchasing social housing SJ Town (Sun Jade Town) at buildings ODT7.3; ODT7.4; ODT7.5; ODT7.6:

• Phase 1: From 06/01/2026 to 10/03/2026
• Phase 2: From 11/03/2026 to 11/05/2026
