Legal Status and Construction Progress

Legal Status

ID Junction Urban Area has completed all required legal procedures, including investment approval, land compensation, land allocation procedures, 1/500 master planning, and construction permits. The project officially commenced construction on March 24, 2021, and was officially launched on May 6, 2021, ensuring transparency and legal security (pink book, long-term ownership).

Updated as of July 2024:

  • Subdivision 1 (Sunrise Villas): Already handed over to customers.

Important previous milestones:

  • Main roads began installation of drainage systems and underground electrical cables.
  • Sales Gallery completed in October 2021 and Show House completed structural works in November 2021.
  • January 2023: Subdivision 2 and the entire project showed strong construction progress. Phase 1 completed signing sales contracts.
  • August 2023:
    • Sunrise Villas: Large-scale roof tiling, gatehouse and security house construction, water and electrical system connections reached 80%, and internal roads were being completed.
    • Moonlight Villas: Continued completion of MEP systems and roadworks.
    • Landscaping: Construction of swimming pool, clubhouse, lotus lake, marina structure, and observation deck was ongoing.
  • November 2023: ID Junction accelerated completion of Sunrise Villas for handover, with the urban area taking shape significantly. Moonlight Villas Phase 2 had started vertical construction. Phase 3 had no launch plan yet.
