Danko Royal is the Southwest Urban Area of Nam Song Ma Boulevard 1 project, located in Quang Hung Ward, Thanh Hoa City (now Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa Province), developed by Danko Group Joint Stock Company. The project has a total land area of over 23 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 3,603 billion, including low-rise housing, commercial-service buildings, social housing, resettlement areas, along with a synchronized system of auxiliary works and public amenities.

The Danko Royal project is located right on Nam Song Ma Boulevard axis, Quang Hung Ward, Thanh Hoa City (now Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa Province).
