Selling Price and Sales Policy
Price Information
According to published information, Booyoung International Apartment opened sales for CT7 and CT4 towers on June 14, 2017, with starting prices from 2.2 billion VND (including VAT and premium imported Korean interior finishing).
The current estimated price range of the project is 69.5 – 85.8 million VND/m².

Legal Issues and Disputes
Although the project has been handed over and is operational, disputes have occurred between the investor and residents regarding legal issues and the use of common areas.
Since early 2019, Booyoung Vina Company has leased more than 600 m² on the first floor of the apartment building to operate a kindergarten. During this process, the investor installed glass aluminum doors blocking 2/3 of the corridor area, restrooms, lobby, and entrance of the building on the first floor—areas belonging to common ownership—affecting residents’ movement.
Residents argued that the investor’s unilateral conversion of functional rooms and occupation of Zone B first-floor corridors for private use affected fire safety and circulation. In early May 2019, many households submitted petitions to local authorities requesting inspection and clarification. Residents emphasized that the purchase contract is the sole legal basis for dispute resolution, and it does not include any clause allowing the investor to use corridors, entrances, or public restrooms for leasing purposes.

Evaluation of Booyoung Apartment
With its prime location in Mo Lao, large-scale development, and Korean-standard apartment design optimizing natural light and ventilation, Booyoung Apartment is a quality residential choice in Ha Dong. The rich internal amenities (swimming pool, park, supermarket, 24/7 security, etc.) ensure a convenient and modern lifestyle.
However, investors and buyers should carefully consider the documented legal issues to ensure their rights when making transactions.
