Modern Design and Structure

The architectural design of BIDV Tower was consulted by P&T Consultants Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), while quantity surveying was handled by Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB, Singapore), ensuring international standards from concept to execution. Construction was carried out by the Vinaconex–Long Giang joint venture (basement works) and Hanshin Engineering & Construction (South Korea) for the main structure, under strict supervision by Apave Vietnam & Southeast Asia (France).

The tower consists of 25 floors, with a construction footprint of 2,532 m² (on a 2,544 m² land plot). The typical floor plate is approximately 1,000 m², and the total leasable area reaches 23,800 m².

  • Air Conditioning: Central chilled water system (Chiller, AHU, VAV), ensuring optimal comfort.

  • Security and Management: BMS (Building Management System), 24/7 CCTV surveillance, and wireless communication systems.
  • Fire Safety: Fire protection system compliant with Vietnamese standard TCVN 2622-1995, including sprinklers, fire hoses, and smoke detectors.
  • Parking: Two basement levels and one mezzanine for parking, accommodating approximately 150 cars and 400 motorbikes, with separate entry/exit points.
