Phase 1 towers (A and B) include 630 apartments served by 5 elevators per tower, equivalent to 63 apartments per elevator. According to current Ministry of Construction standards for Grade B apartments (maximum 50 units per elevator), this ratio is relatively high and may cause congestion during peak hours.

Legal Status and Handover Progress

Legally, Anland Lake View is developed in accordance with the approved master plan under Decision No. 1955 dated 02/07/2008 by the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province (now Hanoi People's Committee). The land has been granted a Red Book (No. BI 4866887, issued on 24/12/2012 by Ha Tay Department of Natural Resources and Environment) and all taxes have been fully paid. Ownership is under long-term red book (permanent ownership).

The project is guaranteed by MB Bank – Hoang Quoc Viet Branch, which has issued official guarantees to apartment buyers.

Regarding progress, the project topped out in May 2020, two months ahead of schedule. By October 2020, interior installation and amenities such as Clubhouse and indoor/outdoor swimming pools were completed. The project reached 95% completion and apartments were handed over in September 2021.

Price and Segment

The selling price of Anland LakeView apartments ranges from 30 – 32 million VND/m². However, this price is 15–20% higher than most comparable projects in the area. The overall price range is 81.08 – 133.5 million VND/m².

  • 2-bedroom apartments: 1.7 – 2.4 billion VND/unit.
  • 3-bedroom apartments: 2.4 – 2.7 billion VND/unit.
